iHealthFest

iHealthFest is a 45-day fitness challenge initiated and coordinated by the students of Hospital Administration at IMS Group of Institutions. The challenge is open to all members including students of the IMS Family who wish to participate in activities with specific fitness goals. To take part, IMS family members need to register and complete a questionnaire. During the second phase of iHealthFest, the registered members will follow the fitness activities recommended in the challenge page attached herewith. At the end of the challenge, the HA Students will organize a comprehensive health check-up campaign in association with hospitals for all registered participants. This health check-up is designed to provide important insights into each participant's overall health status. Finally, in the third phase, the challenge culminates with the announcement of the healthiest IMS Family member. This recognition goes to the individual who has demonstrated exceptional dedication to improving their fitness and well-being throughout the course of the challenge.
